The Goal
Eastwood homes needed a partner that would help push their brand forward in the online space. In correlation with already established digital marketing efforts, Eastwood Homes wanted to establish more consistency and alignment across all digital channels. They needed a strategy that would continue to develop and establish the brand in an extremely fast-growing market across the Carolinas and Virginia.

The home building market is an already overly saturated industry. We needed a digital strategy that would understand the consumer, their buyers’ journey, and increase conversions. Understanding which outlets convert best at any level was vital. The cost per click in a competitive market can be steep, so we needed to discover the best way to increase conversions, while being cost effective.
The Solution
To better understand the market we would be entering, we pulled an extensive competitor analysis of local and regional competitors to gain industry insights. After understanding the industry and the competition for digital marketing efforts, we implemented a three-part strategy, Pay Per Click advertising, Search Engine Optimization efforts, as well as Display Ad Campaigns. Our overall goal was to increase brand visibility and establish Eastwood Homes as a reliable homebuilder. We focused efforts to drive traffic to the most appropriate pages of the site and went after targeted keywords for each region. Our Re-marketing Display Ads leveraged visual assets to increase brand awareness of Eastwood Homes, while targeting previous visitors back to the site who were now in a later stage of the customer journey.
