What is it?
This will be a unique group-style interview that pairs like-minded individuals who are interested in the same role and matched with an Atypic team member to complete exercises and activities typical of the kinds of work done at Atypic.

Our Environment
We have a laid-back environment where we work hard and play hard. Our team members are engaged in a collaborative effort to produce high-quality work while enjoying a creative family atmosphere. We are excited about your interest in joining our team and we look forward to meeting you.
What it isn't!
Developer interviews are quite unique, and many of you have probably experienced or heard horror stories of some pretty bad ones. We want to put some concerns at ease.
This SPRINTerview is unique, but it ISN'T any of these things:
- Whiteboarding Session, where we'd ask you to write out algorithms or code by hand in front of an audience.
- A way to get free work. This isn't our way of getting free programming help out of the local development community. In fact we will not ask you to write any code as part of this activity.
- The Hunger Games or Tribal Counsel. No one will battle to the death or have to vote anyone off the island.

We will be holding our inaugural, one-of-a-kind, group development interview.

Event Recap
We've now concluded our first SPRINTerview. In our humble opinion it was a great success, with 20 participants completing 3 activities then sticking around to get to know our team.
