Our growing interactive agency in uptown Charlotte is seeking a full time, in-house, senior-level Front End Developer. This talented developer will work collaboratively with our close-knit team of designers, other developers, and clients to define and execute all aspects of interactive development.

The Rundown
As an Advanced Front End Developer you are expected to have hands-on experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LAMP to develop robust web experiences or applications. You should constantly crave seeking out the latest in coding technologies.
You should also be excited to help other team members and developers with problems that need solutions, as well as bring new technologies and opportunities to the table to apply to client or internal projects. You should be an individual with a thorough attention to detail and a passion for bringing our team’s or our clients’ visions to life without bounds. You should be a self-motivator as well as key collaborator with a desire to interact with both clients and team members in a consistently positive manner.

Skills To Pay The Bills:
- Expert knowledge and the motivation to be creative with the HTML and CSS
- Experience in developing responsive websites and/or web applications
- Accurately interpret wireframes, ensuring adherence in website creation
- Deep understanding of version control protocols such as Git or BitBucket
- A motivation to streamline processes and uncover efficiencies
- Pay special attention to detail and conduct QA testing prior to pushing code live
- Experience in JavaScript (Vue.js, jQuery, AJAX, etc)
- Ability to interpret and analyze existing code base
Bonus Points:
- Can massage PHP while working with MySQL in PHP MyAdmin
- Work in both custom and open source CMS platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO and practices to maximize on-page optimization
- Experience working in an agency environment
